During the 2024 Valentine's Day period, we implemented a two-week targeted campaign with Douglas, which combined various marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement. The campaign was prominently featured on the Scalapay website, app, and social media channels, ensuring seamless accessibility for consumers. Additionally, personalized newsletters and push notifications were sent to users to encourage purchases. At the same time, Douglas featured the option to check out Scalapay on their channels (social media, website and newsletter) with customized creatives and materials, reinforcing the collaboration.

Douglas experienced an impressive uplift in engagement, with an average of 1000 clicks per day during the campaign period—a significant increase of 139% compared to the previous year. The data underscores the success of our collaborative approach in driving consumer engagement and boosting sales for Douglas, amplifying brand visibility and driving consumer engagement, especially during strategic moments throughout the year.

 

Veralab: customized promotions during calendar events

In collaboration with Veralab, we implemented a highly successful campaign during the 2023 Easter season. The campaign offered exclusive discounts to Scalapay users, both new and existing customers. Scalapay new customers were eligible for a 20€ discount on their orders while returning ones enjoyed a 10€ discount.

The results of the promotion were remarkable, with Veralab achieving exceptional sales figures on the day of the promotion:

  • Sales from the promotion day represented 36% of total sales during the promotional week
  • A significant increase in sales of 185% compared to the daily average of the period
  • Sales increased by a staggering 326% compared to the previous day
  • +268% in sales compared to the same day of the previous year (considering April 15th, 2022, which was Holy Friday)

The distribution of users during the promotion was as follows: 33% were part of the Scalapay Network, 42% were Veralab returning customers, and 25% were Scalapay new customers (nearly double the average, representing a growth of 257% compared to the previous day).
